Do not assume frameworks (Jest/Mocha) — detect them and use the same style in new tests. - **No real network or secrets.** Mock external relays and signers. Use ephemeral keys generated inside tests only. - **Use existing devDependencies** (`fake-indexeddb`, `jsdom`, Playwright) rather than adding major new dependencies. If a new dependency is strictly necessary, open an issue proposing it. - **Small PRs.** Prefer one module → one PR.
