Added 60px top padding to .previewShell when the bar is visible (editing-book-page OR editing-book-cover) so the sheet lands below the bar. Both @media print and body.exporting revert the padding back to the 24px default AND hide the bar entirely, so canvas exports and browser-print outputs aren't offset by the on-screen clearance.
