+- `tests.yml` uses Poetry (`poetry install`), and the job failed because `pyproject.toml` had drifted from `poetry.lock`.
+- Regenerated `poetry.lock` with Poetry 2.3.2 so lock metadata/dependency graph matches the current project file.
