Subject: [PATCH] test: gracefully skip test_ai_tui_agent_harness on Windows

- Explicitly import skip `pty` and `termios` at the top level of `src/tests/test_ai_tui_agent_harness.py`.
- Windows runner does not support these native POSIX modules.
