Subject: [PATCH] fix(log-fixer): resolve daily agent failures

- Add H1 headers to `innerhtml-migration-agent.md`, `known-issues-agent.md`, and `deps-security-agent.md` to prevent schema validation failures.
- Verify `npm run lint` passes.
- Create scheduler completion log for `log-fixer-agent`.
