Subject: [PATCH] feat(landing): add memory instructions and fix mobile layout

- Add "Hook memory into your existing agents" section to landing page.
- Fix mobile display issues for agent cards by reducing grid min-width to 280px and adjusting padding.
- Add copy button for memory instructions.
