Subject: [PATCH] docs: align TORCH.md with package.json scripts

- Update TORCH.md to include missing scripts (e.g., test:playwright).
- Clarify npm test and validate:scheduler descriptions.
- Execute daily scheduler flow for docs-alignment-agent.
- Create run artifacts and memory updates.
