Subject: [PATCH] [constants] Fix CI failure in
 test/scheduler-preflight-lock.e2e.test.mjs

- Added missing copy of `src/constants.mjs` to test fixture in `test/scheduler-preflight-lock.e2e.test.mjs`
- Verified fix with `npm run test:integration:e2e`
