Subject: [PATCH] Widen paper-size selector and balance bulletin-board link
 spacing

- Give the paper-size selects a min/max width so "US Letter (8.5 × 11 in)"
  is readable instead of truncated.
- Add equal spacing below the bulletin-board link to match the gap above it.
