+## Findings
+- `js/subscriptions.js` uses `12000` for interactive timeout, while `js/userBlocks.js` uses `15000`. This inconsistency remains but the silent fallback is now canonicalized to `SHORT_TIMEOUT_MS` in `subscriptions.js`.
