Subject: [PATCH] Fix full-screen exit and optimize playback caching

- Modified `js/app.js` to set `replaceNode: false` in `playVideoWithFallback`. This reuses the video element when switching sources, preserving the full-screen state.
- Optimized `js/services/playbackService.js` to prevent redundant `video.load()` calls during torrent fallback if the element was already reset, improving cache behavior and reducing flicker.
- Updated `js/ui/components/VideoModal.js` to visually highlight the active source toggle button (using background/shadow styles) and clearly disable unavailable options (using opacity), improving UI clarity.
