Subject: [PATCH] fix(nostr): remove duplicate imports in reactionEvents.js

- Removes redundant imports of `pMap` and `RELAY_BACKGROUND_CONCURRENCY` which were causing SyntaxErrors in CI and runtime.
- Fixes `test:unit`, `test:dm`, and E2E failures caused by this module-level syntax error.
