Subject: [PATCH] fix(test): mock load method in profile-modal-controller test

- Add missing `load` method to `baseHashtagPreferences` mock in `tests/profile-modal-controller.test.mjs` to fix `TypeError: this.hashtagPreferencesService.load is not a function` in unit tests.
