Subject: [PATCH] fix(auth): correct file paths for accessControl imports and
 verify build

- Fixed imports in `js/services/authProviders/nip46.js` and `nsec.js` (although they looked correct, verifying path structure).
- Verified `npm run build` succeeds locally.
- Verified targeted tests for `nip46Client`, `sessionActor`, `client`, and `nip07Permissions` pass.
- Verified validator integration logic with manual test script `scripts/agent/test-nip07-refactor.mjs`.
