## Actions Taken
- Created `tests/nostr-specs/` directory.
- Fetched canonical specs for P0 NIPs into `artifacts/nips/`.
- Created and executed validation tests for NIP-04/44 encryption worker logic.
- Created and executed validation tests for Kind 30078 schema construction.
- Updated `NIP_INVENTORY.md` to reference new tests.

## Next Steps
- Implement verification tests for NIP-07, NIP-65, NIP-51, and NIP-56.
- Resolve "Partial" status for NIP-09.
- Investigate "Unknown" status for NIP-21.
