Uses NIP-33 parameterized-replaceable semantics: republishing kind-30078 with the same d-tag from the same pubkey supersedes the old event on compliant relays. No NIP-09 deletion required for the replace itself. Plan covers state/banner (Phase A), publish-flow rewire (Phase B), owner-only Edit buttons on My Designs, profile, and preview (Phase C), and polish (Phase D). Surfaces the honest tradeoff that reactions and zap receipts orphan to the old event id, while naddr share links keep working since they're d-tag based.
