Memory Update — onboarding-audit-agent — 2026-02-26

Key findings

• Onboarding steps (python, requirements.lock, pytest, black) appear valid in current environment.
• flake8 is missing in the environment but listed as optional in README.

Patterns / reusable knowledge

• Validation in restricted environments requires simulating installation by checking tool existence.
• pip install cannot be used to verify dependencies in this environment.

Warnings / gotchas

• flake8 not found; potential gap in style enforcement locally if relied upon.
