Bootstrapped the TORCH agent environment by creating necessary configuration files (`torch/src/prompts/roster.json`, `torch/torch-config.json`, `torch/package.json`, `torch/src/prompts/daily/ci-health-agent.md`). Executed the daily scheduler flow: - Selected `ci-health-agent`. - Acquired lock. - Executed repository checks (`flake8`, `pytest`). - Checks failed (style violations and config issue). - Wrote failure log `torch/task-logs/daily/..._failed.md`. - Did not complete lock.
