- Added `torch/` directory with `package.json` and `package-lock.json`. - Ran `npx torch-lock init` to generate `torch-config.json`. - Updated `.gitignore` to exclude `torch/node_modules` and `torch/torch/`. - Documented findings and recommendations for improving the installation process.
