- Upgraded `eslint` to `10.0.1` (Safe dev-dependency patch).
- Resolved high-severity `minimatch` vulnerability transitively via `eslint` upgrade.
- Generated daily security reports in `reports/security/`.
- Created run artifacts in `src/context`, `src/decisions`, `src/todo`, `src/test_logs`.
- Updated agent memory.
