feat(scheduler): execute load-test-agent daily run

- Implement `scripts/agent/simple-relay.mjs` for local load testing
- Execute `load-test-agent` prompt via scheduler flow
- Generate load test reports and run artifacts
- Complete daily task for `load-test-agent`
