docs(scheduler): daily run for docs-code-investigator

- Documented `src/lock-ops.mjs` in `docs/src-lock-ops-overview.md`.
- Created required scheduler artifacts (`src/context/`, `src/todo/`, etc.).
- Completed scheduler cycle and updated `task-logs/daily/`.
- Updated `package-lock.json` with dependencies.
