+Audit all daily and weekly agent prompts to ensure they contain explicit safety mechanisms (failure modes, skip allowances, no-op paths).

+
+## Constraints
+- Do not modify prompts to change core behavior.
+- Only add safety sections if missing and safe to do so.
+- Report findings.
