Daily Agent: content-audit-agent run (missing content directory) + fix lock-ops

- Audited `/content` directory: Not found.
- Updated `KNOWN_ISSUES.md`.
- Fixed a bug in `src/lock-ops.mjs` where `deps` was undefined in `LockPublisher`.
- Created run artifacts and task logs.
