- Refactor modal CSS from `landing/index.html` to `dashboard/styles.css` for reuse.
- Add "Readme Modal" functionality to `dashboard/index.html`.
- Move "How this works" footer content from dashboard to `src/docs/TORCH.md`.
- Update dashboard "TORCH" link to trigger the modal.
- Verify changes with Playwright script.

- Added Mermaid.js ESM import to `landing/index.html` head.
- Created "Autonomous Improvement Cycle" section with a Mermaid flowchart diagram.
- Diagram illustrates the cycle: Scheduler -> Candidate Loop (Audit) -> Fixer Agents -> Prompt Maintenance -> Scheduler.
- Styled the diagram with existing CSS variables (`--surface-alt`, `--accent`) to match the "vibecoded" dark theme.
- Verified visual rendering via Playwright screenshot.

- Adds a modal to `landing/index.html` warning users about the "freshly vibecoded" nature of the project.
- Intercepts the "Install via NPM" copy button to require acknowledgement before copying.
- Styles the modal with a danger theme consistent with the warning.
- Verified with Playwright.
