Description
The audit agent failed to execute check-file-size.mjs, check-innerhtml.mjs, and npm run lint because the scripts were missing or not configured in package.json at the time of execution.
Root Cause
Scripts were either not present in the container or not defined in package.json.
Resolution
Scripts have since been restored or the agent configuration updated. This incident documents the historical failure log.
