- Optimized binaries.yml: split build and publish jobs, used unique artifact names, and added a flattening step for release assets. - Enabled network-dependent E2E tests in e2e.yml. - Improved ci/test-e2e.sh: used a dedicated Tor instance on custom ports (9052/9053) to avoid conflicts, increased timeouts, and added circuit stabilization delays.
