site: tighten 'no server' to 'no account server' (relays are servers)

The credential capsule is fetched from open relays, so bare 'no server' was
imprecise. 'No account server' is what's actually true and is the meaningful
claim (no server owns your account). Accurate 'never leaves the device' /
offline-attack claims are unchanged.
