video-modal: fix copy-magnet button doing nothing (wrong event name)

Same dead-event bug as the embed button: handleCopyRequest dispatched
"action:copy", but ModalManager listens for "video:copy-magnet"
(app.handleCopyMagnet) and #copyMagnetBtn has no popover fallback — so the
button did nothing. Dispatch "video:copy-magnet". Extended the regression
test to cover it.
