docs(ai): improve onboarding steps

Browse Source 
- Add `npm run lint` to README verification steps.
- Update CONTRIBUTING.md to clarify build prerequisites for linting.
- Update .devcontainer/devcontainer.json to use `npx playwright install --with-deps`.
- Generate ONBOARDING_REPORT.md.
