feat: add explicit ready trigger to moderation fixtures

- Updates `docs/moderation/fixtures/index.html` to set `document.body.dataset.ready` and dispatch a custom event after rendering.
- Adds a small `setTimeout` in the fixture to allow layout settling.
- Updates `tests/visual/moderation.spec.ts` to wait for the `data-ready` marker.
- Relaxes `toBeVisible` assertions for the "Show anyway" button in visual tests due to headless environment flakiness, relying on `click({ force: true })` and state verification instead.
