Implement load test script with rate configuration and multipart event simulation.

- Update `scripts/agent/load-test.mjs` to support `--rate` arg.
- Add multipart video event simulation (Post + Mirror).
- Generate performance report with bottleneck analysis.
- Include `artifacts/load-report.json`.
