chore(deps): deps-security-agent daily audit

- Ran `npm audit` and `npm outdated`.
- Generated `artifacts/npm-audit.json`, `artifacts/npm-outdated.json`, and `artifacts/deps-report.md`.
- Identified minor vulnerabilities in `ajv` (via `serve`) and outdated protocol/tools packages.
- Created `test_logs` and completion log.
