- Scope: owned test and narrow modal lifecycle helpers only. Preserve assertions; no retries, sleeps, timeout increases, quarantine or forced success exit.
- Done: deterministic regression, failing mutant, isolated natural exit, full 60s/file unit run, lint; build/browser if product changes; fleet commit, merge unstable, checks, queue and durable landing.
