[security] replace innerHTML usages in js/ui/components/ShareNostrModal.js — convert to safe DOM APIs

Browse Source 
- Replace template `innerHTML` with `DOMParser`
- Replace SVG `innerHTML` with `createElementNS`
- Replace `innerHTML = ""` with `replaceChildren()`
- Update `check-innerhtml` baseline
