- Added `tests/ui/components/hashtagStripHelper.test.mjs` to test `ResizeObserver` integration, fallback mechanisms (RAF/setTimeout), and teardown.
- Implemented robust mocks for `ResizeObserver`, `requestAnimationFrame`, and `setTimeout` within `createDom` helper.
- Verified correct behavior for resize events and cleanup.
- Ensured test data matches `collectVideoTags` expected structure.
