- Updated visual baselines for `kitchen-sink.spec.ts` to resolve mobile video modal regression.
- Fixed race condition in `overlay-layers.spec.ts` by waiting for `data-state` attribute on sidebar toggle before clicking.
- Ensured CSS build artifacts are present for visual tests.
