Removed the legacy support for version 1 moderation overrides in `js/state/cache.js`. This includes removing the `LEGACY_MODERATION_OVERRIDE_STORAGE_KEY`, the migration logic in `loadModerationOverridesFromStorage`, and the cleanup logic in `persistModerationOverridesToStorage`.
Updated `tests/state/cache.test.mjs` to include tests verifying that legacy overrides are ignored and not migrated.

- Added `tests/nostr/sessionActor.test.mjs` to test session key encryption/decryption and storage.
- Added `tests/services/r2Service.test.mjs` to test R2 settings management and bucket configuration.
- Exposed `__testExports` in `js/nostr/sessionActor.js` to allow testing of private helper functions.
- Used `tests/test-helpers/setup-localstorage.mjs` to mock browser environments in all new tests.
Removes obsolete "Migration notes" from `docs/nostr-auth.md` and
adds a regression test to `tests/state/cache-saved-profiles.test.mjs`
to confirm that the legacy `userPubKey` localStorage key is ignored
during startup. Also polyfills localStorage for the test suite.
