- Add `npm run lint` to README verification steps.
- Update CONTRIBUTING.md to clarify build prerequisites for linting.
- Update .devcontainer/devcontainer.json to use `npx playwright install --with-deps`.
- Generate ONBOARDING_REPORT.md.

- Mocked readRelays in tests/app-batch-fetch-profiles.test.mjs
- Mocked hashtagPreferencesService.load in tests/profile-modal-controller.test.mjs
