- Cache result of `normalizeTagSetFromVideo` to avoid re-computation

- Replaced array allocation and loop with unrolled scalar comparisons in `kidsScorerStage`.
- Added unit tests and benchmark.
- Measured ~12% performance improvement (282ms -> 249ms for 200k items).
