chore(ai): fix unit tests and build script for reproducers
- Fixed `tests/app-batch-fetch-profiles.test.mjs` by mocking `readRelays`.
- Updated `scripts/build-dist.mjs` to exclude `examples/reproducers` from the build output.
- Added minimal reproducers for popover flip bug and VideoCard block action bug.

fix(ci): fix netlify deployment by building to dist
- Move from root publishing to clean `dist/` directory
- Create `scripts/build-dist.mjs` to orchestrate build and copy assets
- Update `package.json` build script
- Update `netlify.toml` to publish `dist/`
- Ignore `dist/` in `.gitignore`
