Use `tailwindcss` directly in the `build:css` script instead of `npx tailwindcss`. This ensures the local binary (installed in `node_modules/.bin`) is used, avoiding potential `npx` path resolution failures or network requests in restricted CI environments (like Netlify).

Refactors `listDirectMessages` to use `Promise.all` for parallel decryption, reducing execution time significantly (benchmark: ~1021ms -> ~14ms for 100 messages).
Also fixes CI stability:
- Fix race condition in `overlay-layers.spec.ts` visual test.
- Fix environment conflicts in unit tests.
- Add `_redirects` for Netlify.

Explicitly wait for the `#sidebar` element to lose the `fade-in` class after dismissing the disclaimer modal in `tests/visual/overlay-layers.spec.ts`. This prevents race conditions in CI environments where the `opacity: 0` style from the fade-in animation persists during subsequent visibility checks, causing `expect(locator).toBeVisible()` to fail unexpectedly.

Force click on sidebar collapse toggle in visual tests to resolve headless visibility flake. Removed redundant CSS media queries for sidebar elements.

Adds an explicit timeout to `tests/visual/overlay-layers.spec.ts` to allow
the CSS sidebar transition to complete before asserting layout metrics.
This fixes a race condition where the margin measurement was performed
while the transition was still in progress.
Fixes failure: expect(received).toBeLessThan(expected) Expected: < 0.5
