Audited the onboarding process and confirmed all steps pass. Added .npmrc with engine-strict=true to enforce Node.js >=22 requirement. Updated CONTRIBUTING.md and README.md to explicitly mention the Node version requirement and its enforcement. Added artifacts/ONBOARDING_REPORT.md with the audit report.
