- Replaced `wrapper.innerHTML` with `DOMParser` for template loading.
- Replaced `metadataList.innerHTML = ""` with `replaceChildren()`.
- Updated `scripts/check-innerhtml.mjs` baseline (count reduced by 3).
- Added artifacts: context, todo, decisions, log.
- Verified with lint and unit tests.
