Enhanced scripts/agent/validate-events.mjs with:
- CLI options: --dry-run, --out=<path>, --only=<builder>
- JSON report output (artifacts/validate-events-YYYYMMDD.json)
- sanitizeAdditionalTags test cases (3 tests)
- Schema registry verification via getAllNostrEventSchemas (35 checks)
- Runtime construction site mapping (29 call sites across codebase)
- Structured report format per agent prompt spec

All 66 validation checks pass. No schema failures found.
