- Replaced unbounded `Promise.allSettled` in `js/channelProfile.js` with `pMap` using `RELAY_BACKGROUND_CONCURRENCY` (3).
- Ensures network stability when users have many relays.
- Audited `/content` docs (upload limits/ports) and confirmed accuracy.
- Generated `daily-perf-report-2026-02-17.md`.

Summary

Verified js/nostr/commentEvents.js logic for Promise.all usage.
Modified js/channelProfile.js to limit concurrency.
Ran npm run lint to verify syntax.

Commands Run

grep "Promise.all" perf/raw_hits.txt
npm run lint

Results

commentEvents.js: Found pMap usage (already fixed).
channelProfile.js: Found Promise.allSettled(relayPromises). Replaced with pMap logic.
Lint: Passed (assuming no output for js/channelProfile.js).
