Failures & Fixes

1. Missing Playwright Browsers

browserType.launch: Executable doesn't exist at /home/jules/.cache/ms-playwright/chromium_headless_shell-1208/chrome-headless-shell-linux64/chrome-headless-shell
Looks like Playwright Test or Playwright was just installed or updated.
Please run the following command to download new browsers:
    npx playwright install

Root Cause: npm ci installs the @playwright/test package but does not download the browser binaries required for smoke and visual tests. The documentation did not mention this step for local setup. Fix: Updated README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md to include npx playwright install as a required step for running these tests.

• CONTRIBUTING.md: Added npx playwright install note to "Development Setup".
