- Update `mintSessionActor` in `js/nostr/client.js` to support `nostr-tools` v2 `generateSecretKey` and properly handle `getPublicKey` input (hex vs bytes).
- Ensure `ensureSessionActor` awaits `ensureNostrTools()` before attempting to mint a new actor.
- This resolves the issue where video view events and watch history updates failed for non-logged-in users with a "missing-actor" error.
