The nip-research-agent performed an initial inventory and compliance check on high-priority NIPs.

Actions Taken

Created tests/nostr-specs/ directory.
Fetched canonical specs for P0 NIPs into artifacts/nips/.
Created and executed validation tests for NIP-04/44 encryption worker logic.
Created and executed validation tests for Kind 30078 schema construction.
Updated NIP_INVENTORY.md to reference new tests.

Next Steps

Implement verification tests for NIP-07, NIP-65, NIP-51, and NIP-56.
Resolve "Partial" status for NIP-09.
Investigate "Unknown" status for NIP-21.
