google-labs-jules[bot]andPR0M3TH3AN 7d4a223710 cleanup: remove commented-out logic in SearchFilterModal.js ...

Removed stale, commented-out code and speculative developer notes
in the applyFilters function of SearchFilterModal.js to improve
code maintainability and readability.

The removed comments included references to a deleted popover file
and internal reasoning about duration and NSFW filtering logic
that is now stable.
